Terms of Service

1. Your account

You must provide a valid email address and are responsible for activity under your account. We authenticate you with a magic link; keep access to your email secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• store or share unlawful, infringing or harmful content;
• upload content you do not have the right to store or distribute;
• upload malware or attempt to breach, disrupt or overload the Service;
• abuse job inbox addresses or upload links to send spam or unsolicited content;
• use the Service to harass others or violate anyone’s rights.

You are responsible for the content you and your clients or vendors upload, and for having the rights and permissions needed to store it.

3. Plans, billing & subscriptions

JobFolder offers a Free plan (a limited number of active jobs), a Solo plan and a Team plan, billed monthly at the prices shown on our pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on notice, effective from your next billing period.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display that content solely to operate the Service for you. Our handling of your content is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable but provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of business-critical records.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobFolder will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your content in line with our Privacy Policy. You can export your data before closing your account.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
